• Ambulatory Transportation: For clients who can walk or use a folding walker or wheelchair, but require physical assistance getting in and out of the vehicle, and medical facility.

  Base Fee: starting at $35.00

  Mileage Rate: $3.00 per mile (calculated only while the client is in the vehicle)
