Submitting this referral does not guarantee transportation. A member of The Toulon Group Inc. will review the request and contact the appropriate representative to confirm availability, trip details, and payment arrangements.

Please note: At this time, we are only able to transport wheelchair passengers who can safely transfer from their wheelchair into one of our vehicle seats with minimal assistance. Mobility devices such as foldable wheelchairs or walkers may be transported if they fit safely in the vehicle.
